QELVA is designed with privacy at its core. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• Wallet Addresses: Public wallet addresses you connect to use QELVA services. We do not link these to personal identities.

• Transaction Data: On-chain transaction data that is already publicly available on the Solana blockchain.

• Usage Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve our services. No personal identifiers are stored.

• Communication Data: If you contact us directly, we may collect your email address and message content.

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain QELVA privacy services

• Process transactions through our stealth address and decoy mixer systems

• Improve and optimize our protocol performance

• Respond to support inquiries

• Comply with legal obligations when required

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

QELVA employs multiple layers of privacy protection:

• Stealth Addresses: Generate one-time addresses for each transaction, preventing address correlation.

• Decoy Mixer: Obfuscates transaction trails using cryptographic techniques.

• Non-Custodial: We never have access to or control over your funds.

• No KYC: We do not require identity verification to use our services.

• Zero-Knowledge: Our protocol is designed to minimize data exposure at every step.

• On-Chain Data: Transaction data on Solana blockchain is immutable and publicly accessible.

• Off-Chain Data: Minimal off-chain data is stored temporarily and encrypted.

• Log Retention: Server logs are automatically purged after 7 days.

• No User Profiles: We do not create or maintain user profiles or identity databases.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request information about data associated with your wallet address.

• Deletion: Request deletion of any off-chain data we may hold.

• Portability: Export your transaction history.

• Opt-out: Disable analytics tracking through your browser settings.

Since we collect minimal data and do not link wallets to identities, most traditional data rights are inherently protected.

QELVA may integrate with third-party services:

• Solana Blockchain: All transactions are processed on the public Solana network.

• RPC Providers: We may use third-party RPC nodes to interact with Solana.

• Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics through privacy-respecting providers.
